I always stay at the Waldorf when in New York - this time, I stayed in the Towers, and I would definitely stay in the Towers each time from now on - you have your own private reception, and area of the hotel, so even in the busiest times, there is never a queue.

The lobby was grand and impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for my business trip, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice touch.

The room had a musty smell and the air conditioning was not working properly. Despite multiple requests to fix it, the issue was not resolved during my stay.

The service and views were fabulous, and we didn't want to leave; the easy check-in process made it an excellent base for visiting St. Patrick's Cathedral while on vacation.

Although the food was superb, we felt the restaurant could be improved in terms of its presentation and service, especially considering the high-end nature of this hotel.

The Waldorf Astoria Towers exceeded our expectations with their excellent service, luxurious facilities, and beautiful rooms. We were thrilled to have a rare opportunity to meet President George W. Bush in the private lobby. The rooms were well-appointed and spacious, with high ceilings and elegant traditional decor. The towers lounge provided complimentary continental breakfast and afternoon tea, and the fast wifi was a bonus. The concierge and housekeeping were helpful and attentive, making our stay truly memorable.
